Vertical Machining Centers

With new state of the art equipment and skilled machinists we produce precision milled parts every day at Oakdale Precision.Spindle speeds up to 20,000rpm and 39" of travel allow us to make a wide range of parts. 4th axis capability and Surfcam software enable us to produce extremely complex surfaces.We have made parts using cutters down to .003" dia.

CNC Lathes

We have a high precision DMG turning center. With thermal compensation, and VDI tooling this machine consistantly produces parts with less than .0003" variation from nominal.We also have Swiss type turning centers that are discussed in a different section.

Swiss Automatics

We have three Swiss type turning centers outfitted with magazine type bar feeders. They will produce parts up to 32 mm dia. from a wide range of materials.
